MALO MAZURIE BIX PROJECT

Malo Mazurié est l’un des plus grands trompetistes français de la scène jazz européenne. Il commença sa carrière au Fest Jazz en 2005 à l’âge de 13ans lors de la première édition de notre festival. Il ne rata aucune édition depuis!
Cette année, Malo participera au festival avec trois formations différentes :
– The Bix Project, dédié à la musique du légendaire Bix Beiderbeck
– Malo’s International Band, avec 6 fabuleux musiciens venus de 6 pays différents (et 3
continents !)
– The Tree Blind Mice, le célèbre trio parisien de Malo très apprécié de la scène jazz française
Ces trois concerts témoigneront du meilleur de le jeune génération du jazz.
Malo is one of the finest young trumpet players on the jazz scene in Europe. His Fest Jazz career started when he was just 13 in 2005 at our first festival and he has played at every edition since !
This year he is presenting three concerts with three very different groups :
The Bix Project dedicated to the music of the legendary Bix Beiderbeck.
Malo’s International Band, with 6 fabulous musicians from 6 different countries (and 3 continents !)
The Three Blind Mice, Malo’s famous Parisian trio that is enomously popular on the French jazz scene
These concerts will show young jazz at its best. Don’t miss them !
