brazakuja
Born out of the evolution of the group Čao Laru, of which the three musicians were active members, Brazakuja was formed in 2020, carrying on the legacy of their travels and performances throughout Brazil. From this experience, they have crafted a unique sound, drawing on the captivating rhythms of Brazilian music, as well as Balkan influences, to create a bold and inspiring fusion.
United by their friendship, inspired by their travels, strengthened by their solid stage experience, and fascinated by the universal nature of music, Marie Tissier, Laura Aubry and Felipe Trez share, with infectious joy, their desire to give, to share, to touch our humanity.
On stage, Brazakuja captivates their audience with energetic and unifying performances, supported by their musical virtuosity. Accordion, cello, drums and vocals blend together to offer a rich and immersive musical experience that transports and moves the audience. Their lyrics, carried by their three voices, testify to a deep artistic sensitivity and a strong commitment to the issues that animate our contemporary society.
