Chicago stompers

Get ready for a real journey back to the 1920’s !

The Chicago Stompers are one of Italy's most famous hot jazz bands.

With them, you will experience a whole chapter of jazz history brought back to life as faithfully as possible through transcriptions and arrangements that faithfully reproduce the orchestrations of the period 1924-1931.

To achieve this goal and bring a real period concert back to life, the orchestra's work is meticulous: the use of vintage musical instruments, the study and practice of the instrumental and vocal techniques of the period, as well as the gestures, the obsessive attention to appearance, clothing and staging

These ingredients for a perfectly authentic show leave plenty of room for a generous dose of joyful comedy.

The Chicago Stompers have made their huge international reputation at the most renowned jazz festivals and clubs. They are coming to Brittany for the first time!
